Continuous Insulation Attachment. Building Wrap Attachment.

1-3/4" diameter, white washer with keyholes. Primarily used for commercial building wrap applications, in addition to PM EIFS. Use with Grip-Deck screws/fasteners to attach rigid insulation, commercial building wrap, metal & fiberglass lath, and stucco applications.

Plasti-Grip® CBW and Grip-Lok® auto-feed fastening system

Rodenhouse Inc presents a portion of our Plasti-Grip fastener line along with our Grip-Lok nose cup adaptors for autofeed screw guns. Our Plasti-Grip CBW washer fasteners can be used to install various wall claddings including Commercial Building Wrap, lath, and as seen in this video foam board continuous insulation over heavy guage steel studs Here you can see our patent pending Grip-Lok nose cup adaptors being utilized with tools from Senco and Tyrex, Grabbers SuperDrive system, Strong Ties Quik Drive system, and finally Pam Fastening Technology's PAM Drive system. Another alternative to pre-assembled screws and washers is our Plasti-Grip III washer fastener with pre-spotting stsem. This stem is pressed into the foam surface which helps hold and guide the screw while the drill-tip penetrates the heavy gauage steel stud. Finally, our Plasti-Grip PMF fasteners can be used to attach foam board and continuous insulation by simply drilling hole through insulation and into the concrete or masonry substrate, placing fastener in hole and driving home with the tap of a hammer.
