Grip-Plate® Plaster Repair Washers
|
|
Grip-Plate® Plaster Repair Washers' most common use is to stabilize and re-support the sagging lamina or old plaster, which is separating and cracking. (Many plaster walls have lead paint or asbestos issues and need to be recoated rather than removed).
The shape and design differs from our original Grip-Plate® in that the edges taper down toward the work area for an improved perimeter bearing pressure. The bugle head screw will flush down for minimum profile.

- Round 1-1/4" diameter steel plate, .023" to .025" gauge.
- "Grip-Guard" Galvalume coated steel fasteners for superior corrosion protection.

- Four (4) key holes provide bonding of plaster to washer face.
- Unique, round plate design with the outside circumference beveled toward the work surface.
- Round shape design evenly distributes bearing load without any sharp edges or corners.
- Seated plate has zero profile and will not catch the edge of the trowel.
- Secures sagging or cracked interior or exterior plaster to stabilize and support repairs.
- Offering unique packaging options (5,400 count Bulk, 2,000 count, 1,000 count, 500 count, 50 count.) Private labeling also available.
Galvanized screws available for your unique substrate applications.
