Grip-Lok® Stucco Restoration Fastening System
The Grip-Lok® Stucco Restoration Fastening System is used to repair wall systems that have water intrusion damage. The screw will penetrate through existing stucco, EIFS, or one-coat systems, thereafter through the structural wall, and then into the stud framing. The 3/8” stud-shaft (above the collar) will protrude away from the lamina where it will support a stucco wire mesh. A fluid applied membrane will seal all the fasteners. The washers are used to affix the stucco wire that is later embedded in a new stucco one-coat cladding.
